It is captioned, "Corey Avenue's business center at St. Petersburg Beach got a new enterprise this month with a striking new building which has been leased for an art gallery enterprise. The structure shown above was put up by the Upham Real Estate Co. and leased for 10 years to St. Petersburg Beach Art Gallery which Arthur Trock and Morris Stone own and operate , William B. Harvard and John B. Dodd, architects here, designed the building, and Clyde J. Keys was general contractor. The store is lighted at night, and open for auctions of art and antique items." |
