Abstract/Description: | A colored postcard from the 1930's depicting the Skyway bridge before and after the accident in the 1989's that caused over 30 casualties. The backside of the postcard has a handwritten letter saying, "Hello Uncle Clayton and Martha, Still in FL. Just arrived in Bonita Springs. Have driven over 1,800 mi so far. Took us about 2 hrs to get to Venice. Have been getting more rain than we like. Enjoyed our visit. See you in June. Bill and Helen" |
