A Good Book, A Good Librarian

Abstract/Description: The article tells of the history of the St. Petersburg Beach Public Library through its conception in the 1950s while outlining the impact and contributions of Mrs. Dorothy Heath names the “librarians’ librarian.” She was head librarian from the beginning and continued to volunteer after retirement. Heath served the library through her leadership and passion for years.
